Our goal is that everyone is completely satisfied with their purchase from MyShopFinland and the service they received. However, in the real world, sometimes things just don't work out. If something goes wrong, please let us know and we will do our best to fix things up. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your boots, you may return them within 30 says of the original purchase date for a full refund less any shipping costs. The boots must be unworn and should be returned with all the original packaging and tags attached (ie in resaleable condition) to receive your refunds. Return shipping costs are to be paid by you.
We will try to communicate well and we expect the same in return – please contact us before returning any items.
If we shipped you the wrong product or the product is defective, then please carefully repack it and contact us. Please don’t use it. We will ship you the correct product and cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
We wish that we could allow you to just change your mind. However, shipping rubber boots around the world is expensive. If you have a problem, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Refund Processing Time
We’ll start processing your return as soon as we receive it, and you should receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of the date you put your package in the mail.
The returns process includes 3 steps:
- Your package is delivered to our warehouse.
- We process your return and issue a refund request to your bank.
- Your bank processes our request and refunds your payment.
Each step takes about 5-10 business days. As soon as we issue the refund request to your bank, we’ll notify you by email.
